The location is definitely a high point. The reception staff were helpful, even with check-in times. I found daily cleaning quite diligent. They provided clean towels and toiletries.

the walls seemed VERY thin, and I could hear conversations from the adjacent room.

the quadruple room was spacious with two bathrooms, a nice surprise. the room was clean. a fridge was available, i found that useful.

the room lacked facilities for making tea or coffee. it would have been useful to have that.

the location is really the best. i found many delicious cafes nearby and termini station is just behind other buildings, so the location felt private and convenient.

the room had virtually no amenities. there was nowhere to sit in the room. the bathroom had a broken shower. it was not convenient at all.

The room was clean enough, I suppose, but amenities seemed to be missing. The bed's mattress reminded me of it had seen better days, resembling a hammock more than a proper sleeping surface. the bathroom. The shower fixture was broken and there was one hook to hang anything..
